She specializes in training women, focusing on building confidence, competence, and a strong foundation in responsible firearm ownership.

Speer
Chad is a Rangemaster-certified instructor, NRA Chief RSO, and USCCA instructor with real-world competitive experience as a Tactical Games national competitor.
As a former pastor, he combines strong leadership and communication skills with a safety-first approach to help students build confidence and competence.
